You are young and your fledgling career runs well. The city is where you feel at home, but your fed up with your student room. You don’t want to share the bathroom and kitchen with other students no more. Many requirements imagine not, but a fine place for you alone. That remains not with it, for social rent you earn too much or is the waiting list too long and free sector rent is too expensive. And buy a House, you want to capture you there now? Just for you is Heijmans ONE meant. That is rented out on a temporary movable House, unused plots of land in the city. A temporary complete and mature House for young singles, that is for permanent construction. This concept fits well for educated people between 25 and 35 years. They have their first job and are single. Of these ' young and high potential we count no less than about 700,000 in 2050. Often deserves this target group too much for social rent and too little for a free rental sector. Get financing for a home is very difficult, but also not as desirable. Heijmans ONE focuses on the rental market. We have to prepared for these 700.000 people in 2050. They can live for € 700,-per month in a ONE house. A couple of these homes are located in Zeeburgereiland in Amsterdam.
